1. Free Trial Period
- All new subscribers are eligible for a 14-day free trial
- No credit card required to start the trial
- Cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
2. Subscription Refunds (Recipe Master Plan)
- Full refunds available within 14 days of first payment after trial
- No refunds for partial use after first 14 days
- Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle
3. One-Time Purchase Refunds (Recipe Vault Plan)
- Full refunds available within 30 days of purchase if not substantially used
- After 30 days, refunds at the discretion of Plan2Meal management
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
