These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Plan2Meal website, mobile application, and services. By using Plan2Meal, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

  • By using Plan2Meal, you accept these Terms
  • If you do not agree, do not use the website, app, or services

2. Description of service

  • Recipe management and storage
  • Meal-planning tools
  • Grocery-list generation
  • Nutrition information supplied by users or third parties

3. Subscriptions and payments

  • Plan2Meal offers free and paid plans
  • RevenueCat and the applicable Apple, Google, or web payment provider manage purchases
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds remain subject to the applicable store or payment-provider policy
  • You can cancel through the relevant store or device settings
  • We will give notice of price changes where required

4. User content

  • You retain rights to recipes and other content you submit
  • Recipe and storage limits depend on your plan
  • Your content must comply with applicable law
  • We may remove unlawful or inappropriate content
  • Contact us if you believe content infringes copyright

5. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Protect your account credentials
  • Use the services only for lawful purposes
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access
  • Follow the limits that apply to your plan

6. Data protection and privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data
  • GDPR and other applicable privacy rights remain available
  • We use service providers including RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, and Resend
  • Analytics consent can be changed in the app settings
  • We use security measures intended to protect your data

7. Intellectual property

  • okike Solutions e.U. owns the Plan2Meal platform and brand
  • User-generated content remains the user's property
  • We grant you a limited right to use the platform under these Terms
  • You may not use Plan2Meal branding without permission

8. Disclaimer of warranties

  • The services are provided as available and as is
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
  • Imported or user-supplied information may be incomplete or inaccurate
  • You remain responsible for recipe preparation and food safety
  • Users and third parties may provide nutrition information

9. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damage where the law permits this limitation
  • Any contractual liability is limited as far as applicable law permits
  • We are not responsible for unlawful user-generated content before receiving notice
  • Events outside reasonable control may prevent service delivery

10. Account termination

  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time
  • Legal or operational retention periods may continue after cancellation
  • The applicable refund rules govern early termination

11. Governing law

  • Austrian law governs these Terms
  • Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected
